Frequently asked questions
When should the electrician get involved in a fit-out?
At design stage — before the lease is even signed if possible. Ten minutes over the equipment schedule tells you whether the premises has the supply you need; finding out after the joinery is built is the expensive version.
Can you run the HVAC and refrigeration scope too?

Do you work with our shopfitter or builder?
All the time — we slot into the head contractor’s program, attend site meetings where it matters, and keep the electrical scope off the critical path. References from fit-out builders available.

Certificates of compliance for the electrical work, emergency lighting test logs, and an as-installed circuit schedule for the switchboard — everything your certifier, landlord and insurer expect to see.
