Why does my display fridge glass keep fogging up?
Usually a failed anti-fog heater, a humidity-control fault or worn door seals letting moist air in. It is repairable — and worth doing quickly, since fogged glass hides the product you are paying to display.
My cake display holds temperature but the cakes dry out — can you fix that?
Yes — that is a humidity control issue, common in patisserie displays. Depending on the cabinet it can be a controller setting, a sensor fault or an airflow problem. We service all the common patisserie display brands.
Do you repair display fridge lighting?
Yes. LED strips, ballasts and transformers in displays are part of the job — lighting failures make stock look unsellable, and as licensed electricians we repair them properly rather than taping over the problem.
Can you service displays before health inspections?
