How it works
- 01
Equipment audit — we list every asset, its age and condition, and what each genuinely needs.
- 02
Your schedule — quarterly for hard-working gear, six-monthly for the rest, priced fixed.
- 03
Visits, reports, done — servicing happens around your trading hours, records land in your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
How are maintenance plans priced?
Per asset and per visit frequency — a cafe with one cool room and two splits is priced very differently to a factory with six rooms and a chiller. We audit your equipment, recommend a schedule per asset, and quote a fixed monthly or per-visit price. No lock-in surprises.
What do we actually get each visit?
The scheduled servicing for each asset on the plan, faults found and quoted before repair, and a written report with verified temperatures and condition notes — the paperwork your food safety program, landlord or insurer wants to see.
Do plan customers get breakdown priority?
Yes — front of the 24/7 queue and reduced callout rates. Preventing the breakdown is the goal; being first in line when one happens anyway is the backup.
Can we put all three trades on one plan?
That is exactly the product: refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical compliance on one schedule, one report and one invoice. One contractor accountable for everything that hums, cools or trips in your building.
Stop running equipment to failure
