Do you service glycol chillers for breweries and pubs?
Yes — glycol systems for breweries, beverage production and venue cellar cooling are a core part of our chiller work, from quick temperature-instability fixes to full system installs and loop redesigns.
My chiller keeps tripping — what should I check before calling?
Check the condenser is not blocked with dust or debris and that airflow around it is clear. Beyond that, repeated trips usually mean a refrigerant, electrical or pump fault — stop resetting it repeatedly, as that can cook the compressor, and give us a call.
How often should an industrial chiller be serviced?
Quarterly preventative maintenance is typical for chillers on production duty; lighter-duty plant may stretch to six-monthly. A maintenance plan with condenser cleaning and refrigerant checks is far cheaper than one failed compressor.
Can you replace just the compressor rather than the whole chiller?
Often yes, if the rest of the plant is sound. We'll price the compressor swap against replacement honestly — on older plant with obsolete refrigerant, replacement is sometimes the better spend, and we'll tell you which is which.
